By using the website at matching-affiliate-mio.vercel.app ("the Site") or the personal scheduling tool "Monomaji Auto Publisher" ("the App"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

The App is a single-user, personal-use tool operated by an individual creator in Japan. It authenticates the operator's own TikTok account via TikTok's Login Kit and uploads pre-generated photo carousels and short videos to that account via TikTok's Content Posting API. The App is not offered to third parties.

The Site publishes editorial articles on dating and lifestyle topics and may contain affiliate links.

3. Operator Responsibilities

All content uploaded via the App is the operator's own and complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. The operator is solely responsible for the content of their posts.

4. Prohibited Use

The App must not be used to: post content owned by third parties without permission; circumvent TikTok's safety, integrity, or rate-limit systems; or violate any applicable law.

5. Disclaimer

The Site and the App are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the App.
